Community Inclusion

Adult Services

Adult Services supports adults with disabilities and their families/caregivers in the Cowichan Valley and surrounding areas—The Clements Centre Day Program Operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. The goal for Adult Services at Clements is to increase individuals’ involvement and contribution to the communities they live in.

Community Inclusion Programs

Clements Centre for Families day programs provide group activities for adults with disabilities.

Through our three locations ranging from Cobble Hill to Duncan Community Support Workers help each individual to achieve their ideal form of independence in the environment of their choice through onsite and in-community participation.

Each participant is supported by developing their personal goals that emphasize their strengths, areas of improvement and preferences. Goals frequently look like leisure & recreation, health & wellness, communication, volunteerism, and life & employment skills development.

Day programs are funded and referred through Community Living BC (CLBC).
